About Us
Facilities
Our multifunctional sports hall has five badminton courts but can also be setup for Basketball, Football and Netball markings amongst others.
We have two squash courts, internal squash leagues (mixed and ladies) and three teams.
Come visit our gym, which offers cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines, free-weights and a functional area.
We also have a meeting room which can be used for meetings formal and informal, exercise classes, and other events, and a table tennis room.
Bookings
Our online booking system is for badminton, squash, table tennis and booking the whole of the main hall (which is achieved by booking all 5 badminton courts).

Our History
We aim to provide a broad range of activities to help fulfil the needs of our local community.
Our charity began as voluntary based and continues to evolve as we seek to expand our community asset. Having rescued the sports hall from closure in 2010, we are still aiming to improve our tenure with the pursuit of an extended lease from Norfolk County Council.
As individual or group participation, we look forward to seeing old and new friends alike.
Membership
Sports Membership £12.00 per annum
Gym Membership £22.00 per month or £210 per annum
Membership is not a prerequisite to using the sports facilities - there is an entry fee of £1 per visit for non-members.
Once you are a member your entry will be inclusive and you will gain access to our online booking system that allows you to book up to 3 weeks in advance.
